Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture talent networks and candidate communities specifically across Australia.
• Support the identification and engagement of technology professionals through research, networking, and market mapping strategies.
• Maintain and develop robust talent pipelines focused on critical technology skills.
• Conduct outreach and candidate screening conversations to assess suitability.
• Develop and maintain detailed candidate records and gather market intelligence to assist business operations.
• Work collaboratively with Recruiters and Account Managers to align talent acquisition efforts with business requirements.
• Continuously enhance understanding of technology landscapes, skills requirements, and industry trends.

• Motivated, curious individuals with exceptional communication skills and a passion for relationship building.
• Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, or similar people-centric roles welcomed.
