Role overview
This is a remote full-time opportunity for an organised Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of campaigns, installations, and operational work across the UK and Europe. The role suits someone who wants to grow a career in project management and gain genuine hands-on responsibility in a busy, fast-moving environment.
The position offers salary in the range of £30,000 to £32,000 and involves working across the full project lifecycle, from initial brief through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects from the initial brief through to final delivery, while also supporting larger campaign rollouts.
- Keep project schedules, plans, and core documentation up to date so work remains on time and within budget.
- Coordinate installation projects across the UK and Europe, including logistics, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Assist with on-site delivery, provide progress updates, and prepare completion reports and handover documentation.
- Draft RAMS, organise permits and equipment needs, and help ensure health and safety compliance.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout each project stage.
- Support KPI reporting, project reviews, and activities aimed at improving processes and delivery.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a role such as Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Junior Project Manager, or a similar position.
