Role Overview
The Junior HR & Admin Executive will assist the Head of Department in various human resources and administrative functions, including training and development, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance with EOHS and ISO & SMETA audit requirements. This role also involves maintaining administrative documentation aligned with EOHS standards and managing hygiene checklists, agreements, security personnel, and housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist in recruitment processes.
- Help ensure compliance with EOHS, ISO, and SMETA audit standards.
- Maintain documentation related to administration as per EOHS guidelines.
