About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Produce weekly and monthly commercial finance reports.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
Track financial performance compared to budgets.
Detect business risks and opportunities.
Assist with financial modeling and developing business cases.
Support month-end procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Review payroll and operational expenditures.
Analyze revenue streams, profit margins, and commercial outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales leadership nationwide to offer financial insights.
Create variance analyses with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

You should be a continuous learner with an aptitude for asking insightful questions and comprehending business operations thoroughly.

Essential qualifications and experience include:

A tertiary degree in Finance or Accounting.
Between 1 and 3 years' experience in finance or analytical roles.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities with confidence to cultivate business relationships.
Meticulous attention to detail and effective organizational capabilities.
A proactive approach and eagerness to enhance existing processes.

Additional desirable skills:

Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
Familiarity with Tableau or other data reporting tools.
Knowledge of revenue accounting practices.
Active pursuit or planned enrollment in CA or CPA certification programs.
