Role Overview

The Junior Digital Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing project organization and facilitating communication between developers and clients, specifically supporting a major British financial institution. This fully remote position requires self-management, strong attention to detail, and proactive coordination to keep projects on schedule and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document internal meetings with actionable notes for development teams.
• Maintain project schedules ensuring adherence to weekly demo milestones.
• Assist with creating clear documentation explaining new internal tools and database functions.
• Serve as a liaison with clients to collect necessary information and assets.
• Verify that project tasks meet the financial institution's specified requirements.
• Manage delivery of walkthrough videos and final documentation upon project completion.
• Identify and escalate potential technical impediments to senior staff promptly.
• Conduct user-perspective testing of new features to confirm they address operational issues.

Candidate Profile
