Role Overview

Join the Analytics team at our London headquarters as a Junior Data Analyst, directly reporting to the Analytics Manager. Embedded within a multidisciplinary group, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow analysts to support data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce precise and insightful responses to data requests within your team, working with leadership to refine approaches
• Effectively convey analytical findings to audiences with varying technical backgrounds
• Develop and uphold dashboards that facilitate scalable insights and support proactive performance tracking
• Examine daily performance irregularities and trends, forming and validating hypotheses with data
• Create reusable and well-documented data models and code for peer use and extension
• Proactively incorporate feedback to continuously enhance work quality
• Align tasks with the team's objectives and key results (OKRs)
• Participate in knowledge sharing and adopt improved analytics practices

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates methodical problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Communicates clearly in both written and verbal forms, able to simplify analysis for non-technical audiences
• Possesses a strong commercial awareness of data's business relevance
• Comfortable writing SQL queries in cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau is advantageous
• Familiarity with web or product analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is a plus
• Displays a curious mindset, actively seeks feedback, and pursues technical and interpersonal growth
• Thrives in collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and analysts

Additional Information

• The interview process includes a video call with Talent Acquisition, a hiring manager interview via video, followed by a case study or task evaluation
