Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Creative Designer to join our expanding team. This role involves creating high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms, supporting the marketing and ecommerce teams in producing graphics and video content. This position focuses on content creation rather than social media management.

Responsibilities

Craft visually engaging graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email campaigns, and paid ads.
Edit short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, and product releases.
Develop website banners, landing page visuals, and promotional materials.
Design print-ready art including graphics for exhibitions, banners, point-of-sale materials, flyers, and event signage.
Generate visuals for product launches, partnerships, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
Prepare artwork ensuring compliance with printing specifications.
Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Organize creative assets and support daily design requests from the team.
Introduce innovative ideas and keep updated with design and social media content trends.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro; After Effects knowledge is advantageous.
Strong graphic design capabilities including typography, layout, and brand alignment.
Experience editing compelling short-form videos.
Portfolio showcasing both digital and printed design works.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
Positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Additional Preferred Experience

Photography or videography skills with capacity to create content remotely (equipment can be supplied).
Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand content creation.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation techniques.
Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce content production.
Passion for alternative fashion, beauty, or music culture.
