Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure, including system health, performance, security, and uptime.
• Deliver first-level operational support by addressing alerts and resolving routine infrastructure incidents reliably.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Execute routine operational tasks such as health checks, patching, deployments, and basic system administration.
• Adhere strictly to operational procedures, incident management protocols, and security best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and runbooks for efficient knowledge sharing.
• Engage actively in learning and contribute to cloud initiatives involving automation and digital transformation.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure, Cloud roles, or equivalent technical education.
• Fundamental knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking concepts, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking ability combined with a proactive eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Effective communication skills paired with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
• A strong sense of curiosity and desire to explore new technologies.
• Proficiency in English at a fluent level.
