Junior Architect

About the Role

The Design Loft in Hyderabad is seeking a Junior Architect who is proactive and detail-focused to join their team. This position primarily involves overseeing interior execution projects, facilitating effective collaboration among clients, designers, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise interior project executions from inception to completion.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with architectural drawings.
• Serve as the primary client liaison during execution, providing consistent updates on project status.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, supervisors, and vendors to address on-site challenges.
• Ensure that all work adheres strictly to approved plans, specifications, and quality criteria.
• Take site measurements and verify dimensions as needed.
• Resolve practical issues encountered during execution with effective on-site solutions.
• Monitor project timelines to support on-schedule delivery.
• Document project progression through detailed site reports and maintain accurate records.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is required.
• Experience between 1 and 2 years in architecture or interior project execution.
• Solid understanding of interior construction processes and materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client management.
• Capability to handle multiple site tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for site visits as necessary.
