Jio Point Lead

Role Overview

As a Jio Point Lead, you will be responsible for expanding and managing channel operations within the assigned catchment areas including Dindigul, Karur, and Dharmapuri. The position demands overseeing retail performance, driving acquisition and revenue goals, and ensuring premium service quality across all Jio Points housed within Jio Centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and develop channel presence within designated territories.
• Monitor retail outlet performance to maximize business outcomes.
• Achieve acquisition and revenue targets through both inbound and outbound initiatives.
• Manage the complete operational activities of Jio Points located in Jio Centres.
• Be accountable for the performance of preferred retail outlets within the area.
• Deliver a superior customer experience at every Jio Point.
• Maintain hygiene standards and governance policies at the Jio Points.
• Oversee team productivity and performance management.
• Conduct evaluation and training sessions for team members and channel partners.

Salary

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 35,000.
