IT Project Manager

About the Role

Eastern Light Technologies (ELT) is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is oriented towards professionals with 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects, particularly those adept in various software development lifecycles and infrastructure domains. The role requires proactive risk management and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on English fluency; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects across their entire lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with defined objectives and timelines.
• Oversee both software development and IT infrastructure initiatives, coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Apply and enforce iterative and agile project management methodologies to facilitate consistent delivery and improvement.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and proactively to all relevant parties.
• Identify, address, and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to overcome project obstacles.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in IT project management.
• Strong grasp of various software development lifecycles.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and its operational impact on projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of both iterative and agile project management approaches.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Proven skill in risk management, with a proactive attitude to reporting and resolving issues.
