IT & Digital Specialist

Role Overview

This position is key for managing and optimizing MRJADE Holding's IT infrastructure and digital presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of company devices, platforms, and software, as well as enhancing digital marketing efforts and business workflows through technology.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, including company emails and user account management.
• Manage company websites, domain registrations, and hosting services to ensure uptime and performance.
• Optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and manage Google Business Profiles to increase visibility.
• Handle and administer all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube, coordinating digital content in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Administer business platforms including Foodics, Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, and Noon to support operational activities.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company hardware including Macs, Windows PCs, iPhones, and other devices.
• Manage network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, printers, Network Attached Storage (NAS), and cloud systems to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Provide support for Odoo ERP and other essential business applications to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Implement artificial intelligence tools and workflow automation to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with external developers, designers, and agencies for technical and digital projects.
• Ensure rigorous cybersecurity measures, enable reliable system backups, and maintain thorough system documentation.
• Rapidly resolve technical problems across all MRJADE Holding companies ensuring minimal downtime.
• Drive continuous improvements in digital processes to boost operational efficiency.
