About the Role
A prominent investment firm based in Singapore is expanding its team and seeks an Investment Associate to assist in private equity investment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating and executing private equity fund investments across primary, secondary, and co-investment opportunities.
- Perform manager due diligence by reviewing track records, strategies, teams, and portfolio compositions.
- Develop and update financial models, conduct performance assessments, and support portfolio analytics tasks.
- Draft investment memoranda and prepare materials for internal review committees.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 3 years of pertinent experience within private equity, fund of funds, or related sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of private markets including private equity and venture capital, plus strong understanding of investment principles.
- Proficient financial modeling abilities combined with analytical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex data and articulating investment perspectives clearly.
- Experience with fund investments or conducting manager due diligence is a valuable advantage.
