About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Executive in an International BPO voice process located in Mumbai. This opportunity welcomes fresh graduates who possess excellent English communication and a customer-oriented mindset. You will be engaged in serving international clients from regions including the UK, US, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and make outbound customer service calls professionally.
• Address customer inquiries, delivering precise and helpful information.
• Maintain high standards of customer service quality consistently.
• Keep customer information up-to-date and accurate in the system.
• Meet individual and team key performance indicators.

Candidate Requirements

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Rotational shifts covering international time zones - UK, US, Australia.
• Five working days per week with two rotational weekly offs.
• Salary ranges from ₹20,000 per month up to ₹7.5 lakh per annum, depending on candidate skills, experience, and interview results.
