International Voice Process Agent

Position Overview

Albega Solutions (I) Private Limited seeks enthusiastic individuals for the role of International Voice Process Executive. This role involves managing international inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting products and services, generating and converting leads, and building lasting customer relationships. Freshers as well as experienced applicants are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound international sales phone calls effectively.
• Engage with customers confidently and courteously.
• Present and explain company products and services to prospective clients.
• Identify and convert leads into sales successfully to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and calls.
• Follow up with customers to address and resolve basic queries promptly.
• Work in coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth process flow.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional verbal and spoken English communication abilities.
• Proficiency in at least one regional language such as Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and sales negotiation skills.
• Excellent listening skills coupled with customer service aptitude.
• Fundamental computer literacy including data entry skills.
• Capability to perform efficiently in a target-oriented environment.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applications accepted from fresh graduates and experienced individuals alike.
• Previous experience in sales, voice processes, BPO, telecalling, or finance sectors is advantageous.
• Having graduation or a equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
