International Chat Support Associate

About the Role

Sutherland is seeking candidates for the position of Process Associate in Chat Support within Customer Support. This role involves immediate joining and requires excellent English verbal communication skills. Both freshers and candidates with at least six months of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply. The position involves working night or rotational shifts with weekly rotating days off.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide international chat-based customer support services.
• Engage with customers professionally and resolve their inquiries effectively through chat.
• Adapt to night and rotational work schedules as required.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Good command of spoken English.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with a minimum of six months previous experience.
• Willingness to work night shifts and follow shift rotation.
• Immediate availability to join.

Additional Information and Terms

• Work location is onsite at Sutherland’s office in Chennai: 'A1', Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur.
• One-way cab service and transport allowance are provided.
• Candidates who have interviewed at Sutherland after June 1st are not eligible for this recruitment drive.
