Integrated Marketing Analyst

Position Overview

Fresh Del Monte Produce is looking for a motivated Integrated Marketing Analyst to join their team in Miami, FL. This role involves creating, implementing, and managing marketing communication strategies across multiple channels to effectively promote the company and its products. The analyst will work closely with agency partners and internal teams to maintain brand consistency and drive customer engagement, supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with agency partners to develop comprehensive marketing communications aligned with company goals and audiences.
• Manage content creation for digital platforms, traditional media, email campaigns, press releases, and advertising materials alongside agencies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring brand integrity.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing in partnership with agencies.
• Work with PR agencies to build media relationships and generate positive press and influencer engagement.
• Organize marketing events, sponsorships, donations, and exhibitions for product promotion and consumer interaction.
• Conduct market research to gather insight on trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape; analyze data to evaluate campaign success.
• Manage the marketing communications budget to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including brand management, sales, and creative to integrate marketing communications with business goals.
• Track and report on performance metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and overall ROI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in integrated marketing, preferably in a mid to large consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as social media management software, Google Analytics, and email marketing solutions.
• Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs for data analysis.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint to communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent project management abilities with capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with current best practices and emerging trends in marketing communications.

• This is an onsite position located in the corporate office in Miami, FL; remote work is not permitted.
