You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting advanced technology solutions like Access Control systems, Time & Attendance devices, CCTV, and Smart Workspace technologies at various client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and service electronic hardware and software to create secure, connected environments.
• Handle wiring and circuitry tasks relevant to the installation of security and workspace solutions.
• Effectively diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, and network components directly on-site.
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients can maximize the benefits of the implemented solutions.
• Serve as a reliable and approachable point of contact for customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
• Provide constructive feedback based on field experiences to contribute to ongoing product and service enhancements.
