Overview
Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role requires proficiency in English and Hindi and a minimum of six months experience in call centre, BPO, or telesales environments. The candidate will handle inbound calls, convert leads into confirmed bookings or sales, address customer queries efficiently, and meet daily sales targets while upholding service quality.
Key Duties
- Respond to incoming calls and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed sales or bookings.
- Address and resolve customer questions and objections with professionalism.
- Achieve daily sales targets and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
- At least six months of experience in call centres, BPOs, or telesales roles.
- Age limit up to 35 years.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary: ₹20,000 take-home, totaling ₹24,000 CTC.
