Information Technology Support Engineer

About the Role

We are collaborating with a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, backed by venture capital, creating technology utilized by IT and security teams worldwide. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about resolving technical issues, engaging directly with customers, and becoming a subject matter expert on a product implemented in complex enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Manage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Workspace ONE, or similar tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer-facing service to enterprise clients, addressing their IT and security-related challenges.
• Apply strong troubleshooting skills to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and Redis.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, and Shell.
• Understanding of endpoint security concepts and practices.
