Job description
Position Overview
Woodside is seeking a skilled Information Management Services Coordinator to join their Digital team at the Perth CBD location on a 12-month casual contract basis. Reporting to the Content Services Service Line Owner, the role involves coordinating and enhancing information management services, supporting governance frameworks, and elevating information management capabilities throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination and delivery of information management services, uplift projects, and service enhancements in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Digital Business Partners, stakeholders, and technology vendors to collect requirements and assist project execution.
- Convert business demands into well-defined information management and technical specifications.
- Oversee delivery activities by tracking progress, addressing risks and issues, and managing escalations.
- Lead continual improvement efforts surrounding information management processes, search functions, AI-enabled tools, and user experience.
- Assist in change management, training programs, communications, and adoption activities.
- Monitor service performance to spot improvement opportunities in delivery and governance.
- Support supplier and vendor relationships, including contract management tasks.
- Ensure compliance with established information governance standards, company policies, and regulatory obligations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a proactive information management specialist who values delivery and collaboration with both business and technical teams. They possess deep understanding of governance, knowledge and data management, service delivery, and can effectively translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive knowledge of information, knowledge, data management, and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing information management uplift initiatives, service improvements, or transformational projects.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influence at multiple organisation levels.
- Understanding of service delivery workflows, prioritization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Support for business readiness, change management, user training, and adoption efforts.
- Effective communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience advancing information search capabilities, user enablement, or deploying AI-driven information management tools is highly desired.
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, and various information management technologies.
- Experience in vendor, supplier, and procurement process management.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks is a plus.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in Information Management, Governance, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Agile, or Design Thinking are advantageous.
