Role Overview

As a Baker, you will deliver friendly and professional service to customers. Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will prepare baked goods for sale, support bakery operations, and foster a positive, engaging environment for both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers effectively to satisfy their bakery needs
• Execute bakery administrative tasks as required
• Prepare baked products ready for customer purchase
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery production area
• Train new bakery team members
• Follow and implement all company policies and standards diligently

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess foundational bakery knowledge
• Capable of working independently in a high-paced setting
• Completion of high school diploma
• Minimum of three months relevant work experience in bakery or related environment
