The Opportunity

Addepar is hiring an experienced enterprise SaaS project manager to help establish and grow its global project management practice in the United States. In this Implementation Project Manager role, you will lead implementations for enterprise and strategic clients, coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver Addepar’s solution on schedule and within budget. You will also help shape international and global implementation communication and process standards as the company expands.

This is a strategic, highly visible position that requires strong business understanding and solution-oriented thinking. The role involves turning broad business objectives into detailed plans and practical execution frameworks. You will work closely with teams across Sales, Sales Engineering, Client Success, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Data Solutions, Product, Engineering, and senior leadership.

Compensation

For Colorado, California, and New York, the posted base salary range for this position is $118,00 - $148,00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. What You’ll Do

  • Guide project teams through the full delivery lifecycle, including sales support and scoping, sales-to-services handoff, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Apply project management frameworks, methods, tools, and internal policies to keep delivery disciplined and consistent.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with executive sponsors, customers, and project team members on both the internal and external side.
  • Convert client objectives and requirements into a structured project plan.
  • Own and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and staffing for complex initiatives.
  • Keep the project plan and related documentation current and accurate.
  • Contribute to defining the implementation process for a growing EMEA and international client base by adapting existing business processes to changing global needs.
  • Work closely with Solutions Architects, Solutions Consultants, and other specialist resources to drive plan execution.
  • Identify scope changes, change orders, and budget adjustments, assess their impact, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings with C-level stakeholders and navigate challenging conversations effectively.
  • Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to strengthen future delivery.

Who You Are

  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in project management.
  • You have worked on enterprise SaaS software implementations.
  • You are comfortable using both waterfall and agile approaches.
  • You show strong leadership ability, even if you have not managed a team directly.
  • You communicate clearly, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • You have prior experience in client-facing roles.
  • You have some familiarity with the operating models, frameworks, and goals of EMEA-based wealth management and investment advisory firms, which is a plus.
