Overview
We are seeking an Image Service Coordinator to join our Image Services team in London, Ontario. This full-time, permanent position focuses on ensuring accurate and reliable image data management adhering to sponsor protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. The role involves providing image collection services and operational support to clinical sites, sponsors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support image services by verifying, entering, and compiling data following sponsor guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the collection and distribution of data and necessary documents between clinical sites and sponsors.
- Deliver image collection and customer service support related to data gathering and system operations by following defined work instructions.
- Provide continuous assistance to peers, sponsors, project teams, and central readers during the entire project lifecycle.
- Maintain and organize customer documentation in compliance with project and regulatory standards.
- Conduct image collection activities with an emphasis on data integrity and stakeholder service, adhering to established processes and guidelines.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy, complying with SOPs and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a one-year post-secondary certificate or equivalent of 1-3 years relevant work experience is required.
- An enthusiasm for imaging, clinical trials, data management, and contributing to human health is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a commitment to delivering excellent customer support.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts including 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM EST, statutory holidays, and occasional on-call support.

Compensation
Salary range for this position is $42,000 to $70,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
