Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to manage various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, termination procedures, payroll, benefits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. This position requires close collaboration with management teams to effectively support their human resource needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle end-to-end.
• Design and implement new hire orientation and onboarding programs, as well as handle employee separation processes.
• Support payroll processing and benefits management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal obligations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent background in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a human resources capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
