This is a remote, entry-level HR Coordinator opportunity supporting a client through Careerscape. The position centers on keeping everyday HR operations running smoothly, helping manage employee records, coordinating hiring activity, and assisting with onboarding and employee-focused programs.

Compensation

Key responsibilities
- Help with routine HR operations and administrative tasks
- Arrange interview schedules and assist with recruitment workflows
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities
- Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation
- Handle employee questions related to HR matters
- Prepare HR reports and keep personnel files current
- Update HR systems and employee data
- Coordinate training sessions and employee programs
- Follow company HR policies and support compliance
- Protect the confidentiality of employee information
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Assist with additional administrative and special projects as needed
What the employer is looking for
Candidates should have a high school diploma or an equivalent credential. An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
