A renowned organization is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and guide the daily operations within the HR department.

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement human resource and talent strategies that address current and future workforce needs, focusing on recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
Provide expert support to HR generalists, management, and staff regarding complex and sensitive HR issues, including managing accommodations, conducting investigations, and handling terminations.
Lead the talent acquisition operations including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, especially for manager-level and professional roles; work closely with department heads to identify necessary skills and competencies for roles.
Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits trends; develop competitive salary and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
Design and implement employee learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting internal growth opportunities.
Supervise employee disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and workplace investigations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and regularly review organizational HR policies to remain compliant.
Keep updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and human resource technologies.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the organization.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Have a minimum of five years of experience in human resource management.
Reside in proximity to Kpone Barrier or community 25.
