About the Role

T1 Energy is seeking an HR Coordinator to serve as the operational support for a busy and expanding HR team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, keeps processes moving, and takes responsibility for the details that help HR run effectively in the background.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the daily administration of onboarding, including logistics, forms, system access, and communication so each new hire starts in a smooth and professional way.
  • Assist with HR integration initiatives from an administrative standpoint by tracking tasks, keeping documentation updated, and helping project owners stay organized and on time.
  • Keep HR project plans and trackers current, highlight open items, and maintain follow-up routines that keep work progressing.
  • Act as an initial contact for employee questions, direct requests to the appropriate HR team member, and follow through to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Maintain employee records, files, and documentation in UKG Pro and other systems with care and consistency.
  • Work with Benefits, Payroll, and HR Business Partners on cross-functional efforts to support administrative coordination.
  • Help prepare HR communications, presentations, and internal materials for company initiatives.
  • Support audits, compliance reporting, and checks for data accuracy when required.
  • Look for gaps in administrative processes and suggest better ways to organize, monitor, and track work.

  • Strong project coordination and organization abilities, including maintaining plans and tracking outstanding items.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Sheets for reporting and tracking.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accurate data handling.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related subject is preferred.
