Role Summary

The HR Analyst in Total Rewards will administer and support global compensation programs, including base salary and incentive pay, oversee compensation surveys, conduct talent market analyses, and execute job analyses for various projects. The role provides essential support to managers and HR partners on salary benchmarking and handles daily inquiries related to compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage repayment collections within assigned regions or countries, ensuring processes are timely, compliant, and consistent.
• Prepare repayment letters, coordinate payroll-related tax deductions, and liaise with collection vendors by uploading employee data and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve repayment disputes and finalize outstanding balances.
• Address vendor queries related to documentation and payments.
• Propose process improvements based on analysis of repayment data and trends.
• Execute repeatable processes independently ensuring smooth workflow.
• Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR transactional services and data management to stakeholders.
• Use case management systems to meet defined SLA targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze process workflows and collaborate with clients and vendors to implement enhancements that improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage daily tasks to meet SLA requirements.
• Participate in all necessary process trainings and seek clarification to ensure smooth process execution.
• Build constructive relationships with onshore and internal teams, contributing actively to team efforts and meetings.
• Deliver efficient, consistent, and excellent service that meets or exceeds SLAs and performance objectives.
• Advance a customer-first mindset by exemplifying outstanding customer service.
• Utilize CORE framework tools for continuous process enhancement, quality improvement, and compliance assurance.
• Adhere strictly to data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Own the achievement and reporting of performance metrics, ensuring SLAs and KPIs align with delivering a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 to 4+ years of applicable HR experience.
• Previous exposure to handling large volumes of HR requests and data administration in a shared service environment is advantageous.
• Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong aptitude for learning procedures, policies, and applying CORE principles focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels.
• Proficiency or aptitude in computer skills.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.

Additional Information

This role is classified as hybrid, requiring regular work both onsite and remotely, with onsite time determined in partnership with leadership. Onsite and hybrid employees are responsible for their commuting arrangements. The position requires theoretical knowledge generally gained through a university degree and typically less than two years prior relevant experience.
