Role Summary

The HR Analyst in Total Rewards will administer and support global compensation programs, including base salary and incentive pay, oversee compensation surveys, conduct talent market analyses, and execute job analyses for various projects. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 4+ years of applicable HR experience.
  • Previous exposure to handling large volumes of HR requests and data administration in a shared service environment is advantageous.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong aptitude for learning procedures, policies, and applying CORE principles focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
