Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the external housekeeping operations in Karlsruhe
• Perform all necessary preparatory tasks for room cleaning
• Clean assigned areas according to the organization's quality guidelines
• Ensure adherence to the highest quality and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage areas
• Conduct quality inspections of studios and apartments
• Analyze and enhance processes, implementing efficient workflows
• Oversee and order cleaning agents and consumables
• Manage and optimize the use of inventory materials
• Collaborate closely with other departments and management

Requirements

• Several years of experience in housekeeping roles
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities
• Deep knowledge of hygiene and quality standards
• Interest in cost control and process optimization
• Effective communication skills and confident demeanor
• Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to be mobile
• Fluent in German; additional languages are advantageous
