Job Overview

We are seeking diligent Housekeeping Staff to join Cherry Ridge Skilled Nursing Facility in Eastern Region, Uganda. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents by following established housekeeping protocols and ensuring all equipment is functional.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement housekeeping processes to fulfill the requirements of residents.
• Engage in the housekeeping department’s monitoring activities to uphold standards.
• Alert the supervisor promptly when supplies run low or when equipment needs maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to safety data sheets (MSDS/SDS) guidelines when handling cleaning materials.
• Operate all housekeeping equipment according to safety protocols.
• Conduct cleaning operations in line with the facility's policies and procedures.
• Detect and report any malfunctioning equipment immediately to the supervisor.
• Inform the supervisor about any areas in the facility requiring repairs.
