Overview

More Retail Private Limited urgently seeks candidates for the position of Housekeeping Associate to join their team on a direct on-roll basis. The role involves maintaining cleaning and hygienic conditions at specific supermarket locations in Kolkata and nearby areas.

Work Schedule

The work hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM daily, including a 30-minute break. Employees work 26 days per month with 4 off days during weekdays (Monday to Friday).

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges from INR 10,200 to 10,400 with additional benefits such as Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, annual bonus, gratuity, and 30 days of paid leave annually.

Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for cleaning floors using brooms and mops, maintaining floor hygiene, and cleaning staff restrooms.

Eligibility and Important Instructions

• Only local candidates or those who can join work by 6:00 AM at the specified locations should apply.
• Applicants should have prior experience in floor cleaning in malls, shops, or similar settings.

Interview Process

Interviews are conducted on-site between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM at the designated stores with spot joining available after the interview. Interested candidates must carry their resume, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and bank passbook to the interview.
