Housekeeping Pacesetter

Position Overview

The Housekeeping Pacesetter at Spectrum Resorts is responsible for supporting the housekeeping department to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and facilitate the preparation and delivery of amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strip beds and remove garbage as assigned.
• Operate the dishwasher when required.
• Prepare and deliver amenities packages to guest rooms.
• Pack and distribute beach towels to rooms as needed.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests and owners.
• Support housekeepers with their duties when requested.
• Execute additional tasks as delegated.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands

• Capable of standing and walking throughout the entire shift.
• Able to reach, bend, and stoop as required.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in using cleaning equipment such as mops, brooms, and vacuum cleaners.
