As a Housekeeping Order - Taker at a prestigious hotel in Doha, you will provide critical dispatch and administrative support to the Housekeeping Department, ensuring guests receive memorable and comfortable experiences throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to incoming service requests from guests and team members, efficiently assigning appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate service records by logging, tracking, and completing requests within the work order and property management systems.
• Communicate room status in coordination with Housekeeping and Property Operations to keep Front Office informed about all vacant and ready rooms.
• Support various office functions including handling paperwork, scheduling staff, managing payroll processes, conducting inventory checks, maintaining equipment, and tracking guest feedback diligently.
