Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Stylist)

Position Overview

This role involves more than just ensuring guests receive a clean room and neatly made bed. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, also known as Guest Environment Expert, you will carry out various housekeeping duties with the aim of sustaining the overall appearance and hygiene of the entire hotel property. You will have the freedom to manage your workspace effectively by delivering guest requests, managing inventory carts, sanitizing rooms and public areas, and other related tasks to support an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and communal hotel spaces.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest needs and service requests.
• Regularly restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies rigorously to ensure a secure workplace.
• Follow company quality standards consistently to uphold an exceptional guest environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication at all times.
• Engage in physical activities including standing, walking, sitting for long periods, and handling items up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Candidate Requirements

• Capable of physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
