Role Overview

We seek an experienced and welcoming Hostess to be the initial point of contact for guests, contributing to a memorable dining experience. This role demands excellent personal presentation, strong organizational abilities, and composure in a busy, high-volume dining setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently.
• Coordinate seating arrangements and table flow with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle walk-ins and waitlists professionally.
• Address guest inquiries and special requests both in-person and over the phone courteously.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience as a hostess or in guest relations, ideally within restaurants, hotels, or hospitality environments.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly valued.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Exhibit calmness under pressure, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Effectively organize and manage reservations and seating during peak periods.
