Role Overview

The Hostel Warden is responsible for ensuring proper upkeep, safety, and effective management of the building and property. This role involves coordinating maintenance tasks, overseeing vendor engagements, optimizing space use, and managing guest services, including welcoming new arrivals and supporting current residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the overall condition and security of hostel facilities and property.
• Coordinate and supervise repair works and maintenance activities in collaboration with vendors.
• Manage vendor contracts to ensure quality service and adherence to agreements.
• Optimize utilization of hostel spaces for efficient operations.
• Handle property visits, orienting and assisting new guests on arrival.
• Provide continuous support and service management for existing guests.
