About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team at Iceland Foods in Christchurch, England. This position offers an active, independent work environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service while on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe loading procedures including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Maintain safe driving habits at all times while operating the delivery van.
• Perform thorough vehicle checks before starting deliveries.
• Ensure all food items are delivered in optimal condition.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company positively.
• Support in-store operations when needed.
• Manage your schedule effectively to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Adapt to varying shift times, which may be scheduled between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive and friendly demeanor with a passion for providing great customer experiences.
• Be punctual and reliable, able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to road safety.
