Design and oversee a scalable content production process that delivers consistent publications across web, social media, email, and video platforms.
Set and uphold editorial standards to guarantee content quality, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand alignment.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to content creators and editors, defining clear goals and quality criteria.
Track and enhance performance of various channels including email engagement, social media interactions, and video consumption.
Create comprehensive reporting mechanisms to demonstrate content performance, conversion impact, and offer strategic insights to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Minimum of seven years in content strategy, editorial leadership, or content production with at least three years leading a content department at the director or head level.
Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, digital banking, or similarly regulated, fast-paced industries.
Proven ability to boost key acquisition metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates, search engine rankings, and content-driven user acquisition.
Expertise in technical SEO and content SEO strategy formulation and execution tied to measurable objectives.
Demonstrated hands-on experience managing content across websites, social media channels, email marketing, and video platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.
Effective leadership skills including coaching, team development, performance management, and cross-team collaboration.
Deep understanding of complex fintech topics including cryptocurrency and digital banking, with strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities suited for an international remote work environment.
