We are currently looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician (Hausmeister:in) for KOB GmbH at several locations including Bad Kissingen, Gemünden am Main, Hammelburg, Oberleichtersbach, Oberthulba, and Schweinfurt.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all managed properties maintain functional and traffic-safe conditions.
• Regularly monitor the technical state of work tools and equipment, coordinate maintenance activities, and schedule appointments with external contractors.
• Carry out repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks on structural facilities, such as repairing damages and painting.
• Perform small maintenance jobs and oversee the upkeep and servicing of the bus wash system.
• Manage timetable postings and the maintenance and care of bus stops.
• Provide technical support for dishwashing vehicles within your scope of duties.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical or skilled trades vocational training; prior experience in facility management is preferred.
• Possess both manual dexterity and technical understanding.
• Physically resilient, adaptable, and ready to be deployed; demonstrate a precise and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Proficient in using tablets, PCs, and standard office software including MS Office.
• Hold a valid driver's license class BE; having or willingness to obtain a class D/DE license is advantageous.
• Desirable or willing to complete training for oil separator operations and electrical testing.
