Position Overview
The Guest Arrival Expert plays a vital role in crafting outstanding first and last impressions for guests at our hotel. This role involves guiding guests through their check-in and check-out processes while ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable. The expert actively manages operational tasks, responds to guest inquiries, completes necessary reporting, and shares local highlights, transforming routine interactions into genuine moments of connection.
Key Responsibilities and Work Environment
- Uphold a safe working environment by following company policies and confidentiality protocols.
- Maintain company assets and high-quality service standards consistently.
- Present a professional appearance with proper uniform standards and appropriate communication.
- Be physically active throughout shifts, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving objects safely (up to 50 pounds alone, more with assistance).
- Effectively handle guest requests and operational duties with a proactive, hands-on approach.
