Role Overview

The Group Creative Director, Art leads integrated creative outputs spanning multiple accounts and campaign types including social, entertainment, gaming, brand, experiential, digital, and other platforms. This leader ensures the visual quality is distinctive, strategically sound, culturally relevant, and upholds UNFOLD's high creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct creative vision across various campaigns and disciplines like social, digital, AV, experiential, and brand initiatives.
• Develop strong visual concepts and design systems that seamlessly scale across channels and audiences.
• Maintain exceptional standards of visual craft, art direction, and innovative storytelling in all outputs.
• Oversee and approve creative work to guarantee clarity, brand cohesion, and creative excellence.
• Advance creative processes and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to maximize impact.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and nurture a creative team including creative directors, art directors, designers, and editors across multiple accounts.
• Promote a culture of innovation, exceptional design, and high creative standards.
• Deliver constructive feedback that improves both creative outcomes and team growth.
• Collaborate closely with copy leadership to unify visual and verbal storytelling.
• Identify professional development opportunities to build a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Platform-Native Creative Direction

• Create visually engaging work tailored to audience experiences on social media, streaming, entertainment, gaming, and emerging platforms.
• Ensure campaigns feel native yet maintain consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Direct how design, motion, AV, experiential, and digital content integrate into cohesive creative ecosystems.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10 to 12+ years in art direction, design leadership, integrated campaigns, or multidisciplinary creative leadership within agencies.
• Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns spanning social, digital, experiential, AV, entertainment, gaming, and brand projects.
• Strong visual design expertise in art direction, creative systems, typography, composition, branding, and craft execution.
• Experience managing and mentoring senior creative talent and cross-functional teams managing multiple client accounts.
• Portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, integrated campaign development, visual storytelling, and leadership.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, audience behaviors, cultural trends, and entertainment dynamics.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable visual creative systems across channels and experiences.
• Collaborative experience working with Strategy, Client Services, Production, Social, Copy, and Experiential teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership capabilities, including handling executive-level client presentations.
• Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and common creative/project management technology.
