Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in crafting the visual identity for Live Casino products, delivering premium and appealing designs that enhance player engagement and strengthen the ARRISE brand. This role combines creative vision, technical skills, and strategic insight to produce diverse digital visual assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Studio, Fashion, UX/UI, and Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and produce top-quality visual designs for Live Casino games and associated digital products.
Create a wide range of visual elements such as logos, icons, backgrounds, patterns, promotional content, branding systems, and graphics suitable for broadcasts.
Update and refresh existing product visuals to maintain appeal, competitiveness, and alignment with contemporary design trends.
Transform business goals and product visions into compelling visual user experiences that connect with the audience.
Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and other creative teams to support the end-to-end design process.
Present design concepts and ideas effectively to key stakeholders, integrating feedback while preserving quality and consistency.
Ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet creative expectations.
Enhance and evolve company-wide visual language, design standards, and systems.
Keep updated with industry developments, new tools, and best practices to continually improve product quality.
Efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring precision in all outputs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing strong visual design capabilities.
At least 2 years working in Live Casino, iGaming, or comparable entertainment industries.
Experience contributing to commercially launched digital products.
Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
Proficiency with Figma and AI-driven design software.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
In-depth knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, layout, branding, illustration, and visual storytelling techniques.
Strong illustration and drawing abilities.
Capability to convert business and product requirements into attractive visual designs.
Excellent eye for detail and commitment to creating pixel-perfect designs.
Experience working within Agile environments and structured production workflows.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with confidence in explaining and defending creative choices.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic production setting.
Self-driven, proactive, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field.
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
