Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer to join our expanding team in Manchester. This position involves creating both print-ready and digital artwork, transforming ideas and visuals into professional-quality designs. The role is primarily office-based at our client's Manchester location, with flexibility to work from home one day a week. Frequent travel to our Mansfield office and collaboration with the wider Nottinghamshire team will be required.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Demonstrate strong layout capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications proficiently, especially InDesign and Photoshop.
• Bring curiosity and enthusiasm inspired by the design industry.
• Apply expert knowledge in producing designs suitable for both print and diverse digital channels, ensuring artwork is of professional standard.
• Maintain brand consistency by developing and understanding brand awareness across projects.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment independently or within a team setting.

Additional Desired Expertise

• Experience designing for the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Capability to engage directly with clients or suppliers to deliver high-quality and cost-efficient outcomes.
• Understanding of design automation processes and how to optimize workflows.
• Experience creating animations using AfterEffects.
