Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in designing presentation and document templates to join our distributed team. This position involves crafting high-quality, scalable templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks utilized in a variety of productivity applications across multiple sectors. Leveraging your graphic design knowledge and visual storytelling capabilities, you will produce polished, accessible, and customizable content tailored for diverse customers. Collaboration with content leads, designers, and cross-functional teams will be key to converting creative briefs and content needs into engaging and functional visuals. Success demands meticulous attention to detail, strong file-building skills, effective communication, and flexibility to manage changing project priorities.

Responsibilities

Design and produce top-quality presentation templates, documents, and spreadsheet workbooks adhering to client and internal standards
Develop layouts, visual systems, and reusable components to support a variety of customer scenarios
Interpret creative briefs and content guidelines to create refined, production-ready graphics
Apply strong design principles across typography, color schemes, composition, imagery, spacing, and content hierarchy
Enhance tables, charts, graphics, and related content elements for maximum clarity and visual appeal
Ensure templates comply with accessibility standards and are straightforward for clients to customize
Organize, edit, and perform quality control on files spanning multiple productivity platforms
Maintain consistent file architecture, styling, and scalable design systems throughout deliverables
Integrate AI-powered design or productivity tools into workflows while preserving quality and creative control
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and elevate content quality
Set project milestones, track progress, and adjust to evolving requirements and priorities
Communicate proactively regarding project status, dependencies, potential risks, and delivery timelines
Ensure high-quality output across numerous design and production tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
2 to 4 years of professional experience specializing in graphic design for presentations, templates, documents, or business-related content
Portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, composition, color theory, hierarchy, and visual design judgment
Practical experience designing within presentation, word-processing, and spreadsheet applications
Strong knowledge of template design, presentation layouts, document formatting, and workbook creation
Skilled at developing reusable layouts, consistent styling, and scalable design frameworks
Proficiency with standard productivity software including presentation, document, and spreadsheet tools
Familiarity with design platforms such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience incorporating AI-enabled design or productivity tools into daily workflows
Excellent skills interpreting creative briefs and content requirements
Effective communication skills—visual, written, and verbal—with a capability to work within teams
Ability to independently handle multiple projects, set deadlines, and deliver on time
