RABONA manages a wide range of creators, streamers, and influencers in the German-speaking region. For several creators such as EliasN97, we regularly organize events broadcast live on platforms including Twitch, RTL+, and Joyn. Additionally, we design creative campaigns and visual concepts for our creators, partners, and brands.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or those with some experience looking to contribute creatively in a dynamic environment.

Profile Requirements

• Completed studies in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a completed training qualification in a related visual field (e.g., media designer) or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably an entry-level candidate with initial experience in graphic design gained via internships, student jobs, or freelance assignments.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is an advantage.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and awareness of current design trends particularly in social media, gaming, and entertainment sectors.
• A team-oriented, independent, and well-organized approach to work.
• Ability to perform efficiently under time pressure and adapt flexibly to last-minute demands, such as those arising around live events.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to all design-related tasks associated with RABONA’s creators and events.
• Create social media graphics for Instagram and other platforms.
• Develop event branding assets including logos and other design elements.
• Produce presentations, pitch decks, and campaign materials for clients and collaborators.
• Design overlays and streaming assets tailored for creators.
• Maintain and enhance existing corporate identity guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the creator management and events teams to visually execute campaigns.
• Participate in special creative projects as assigned.

Additional Details

Depending on your experience, you may lead individual design projects or support larger campaigns as part of a team. The role is based in our office located in the heart of Cologne, offering a chance to be part of a young and energetic team.
