About the Role
This position supports the design team in developing attractive visual content for both print and digital channels. The selected candidate will turn creative ideas into finished design assets, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and help deliver projects on schedule. A strong eye for detail, interest in design, and a willingness to learn in a busy environment are important for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of marketing and communication materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentation decks, social media visuals, and website graphics.
- Make sure all creative work follows brand rules and keeps a consistent visual identity across platforms.
- Contribute ideas during team brainstorming and help shape concepts for different campaigns and projects.
- Design digital creative assets for websites, email marketing, social channels, and online advertisements.
- Assist in producing print-ready artwork for posters, packaging, and promotional items.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure work is completed on time.
- Keep design files well organized so assets remain easy to find and reuse later.
- Edit and retouch images for use in presentations and marketing collateral.
- Keep up with current design trends and industry practices, and share ideas that can strengthen creative output.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good understanding of core design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Basic familiarity with web design and social media graphics.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational ability.
- Ability to manage several tasks at once and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Preferred but not mandatory: experience with website design, creative strategy, UX design, and exposure to e-commerce, retail and merchandising, or F&B industries.
