As a membership-led organisation, it supports collaboration between creative, commercial and institutional partners to help shape a stronger and more competitive fashion industry. The BFC is funded by industry patrons, commercial partners and government support.
The organisation is an Equal Opportunities Employer and is committed to diversity, equality and inclusion. It aims to create an environment where different perspectives are welcomed, where people can be themselves at work, and where skills development and career growth are supported within a creative culture.
