About the Role
Join Aristocrat as a Graphic Designer to enhance our innovative iLottery team's efforts by creating visually captivating digital marketing materials. You'll blend creativity with cutting-edge digital marketing techniques to enhance our brand and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create dynamic promotional content including cross-channel banners, email graphics, social media visuals, digital advertisements, and landing pages.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure creative assets are tailored effectively for desktop, mobile, and app environments.
- Preserve and develop the iLottery brand to maintain coherence across all marketing initiatives.
- Deliver production-ready files and maintain a well-managed digital asset repository.
- Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming and campaign strategy sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to gauge creative impact and optimize future projects.
- Remain informed on current digital marketing trends and standards to keep visual content innovative and appealing.
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of professional experience as a graphic designer within digitally-focused settings.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing a variety of visual styles with a focus on digital campaigns and mobile-first designs.
- A solid grasp of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, motion graphics, and user-centric design.
- Experience in producing content for omnichannel marketing campaigns spanning web, social media, email, and mobile applications.
- Highly organized, with strong file management skills and a commitment to producing pixel-perfect, ready-for-production assets.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities, including openness to feedback and rapid iteration.
- Skills in creating video content, motion graphics, or animations are advantageous.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $56,000 to $104,000 annually, with final offers depending on experience, education, skills, location, and internal equity considerations.
