Graduate Programme Overview

This 12-month Graduate Programme is crafted for driven graduates eager to launch their technology careers. Participants will integrate with engineering teams, engage in impactful projects, and develop practical skills under expert mentorship. Exceptional participants may be offered permanent roles upon program completion.

Role Details

The Technology team at Revolut designs the critical systems and user experiences that power the platform used by millions. The iOS Software Engineer role seeks enthusiastic problem solvers passionate about mobile development to craft smooth and engaging user features. The technology stack involves Swift, iOS SDK, SwiftUI, Combine, RxSwift, Core Data, Realm, MVVM architecture, and utilizes test-driven development practices.

Work Location and Flexibility

This programme welcomes candidates from across the globe prepared to relocate to one of Revolut's tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. Visa support, travel expenses, and accommodation for the first month will be provided under certain conditions. The role expects approximately three office days per week, with hybrid arrangements where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product designers on feature design and prototyping
• Translate wireframes and mockups into functional user experiences
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver refined solutions
• Assist in defining and maintaining app-wide visual consistency
• Create prototypes for new interactions and iterate based on user feedback
• Develop proficiency with the iOS SDK and related technologies
• Manage assigned tasks, monitor progress, and meet project deadlines
• Communicate updates with global teams and learn from senior engineers
• Incorporate regular feedback to accelerate personal development

Candidate Requirements

• Predicted or achieved degree grade equivalent to a 2:1 or higher
• Graduation year between 2025 and 2027
• Portfolio demonstrating coding projects or contributions to open-source
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related field
• Experience using Swift programming language and iOS SDK
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, ambitious, and outcome-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, diverse team environment
• Availability for full-time work starting early or late 2027
• Willingness and ability to work on-site approximately three days per week
